Account Deletion

FinanSee users can delete their account directly from the mobile app. Open the FinanSee app, sign in, go to Settings, and tap Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, email info@finansee.eu from the address associated with your account using the subject "FinanSee account deletion request".

Account deletion removes your FinanSee app account and associated onboarding, investor-profile, portfolio, budgeting, journal, Valora, notification, referral, product-usage, and local subscription-entitlement data.

Store subscriptions are managed separately. Deleting your FinanSee account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription and does not create an automatic refund. Cancel it in the relevant store to prevent future charges.

We may retain limited records only where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution, or payment-provider obligations.

Email requests are reviewed and processed within 30 days after verification, unless a shorter period is required by applicable law.
