Everything about how FinanSee works — the App, the B2B Platform, the Connected option, pricing, and how we handle your data.

About FinanSee

What FinanSee is, who it's built for, and how it differs from other financial tools.

FinanSee is a behavioural intelligence platform built around two product engines: one helps individuals explore 15 cognitive biases through structured profiling, scenarios, and repeated decision reviews; the other studies aggregate market sentiment for institutional workflows. The aim is to make the gap between what people intend to do and what they later record and review more visible.

For retail investors, the FinanSee App offers personal bias exploration, risk profiling, and guided decision reviews. For financial institutions and advisers, the FinanSee Platform supports behavioural workflows and follow-up. FinanSee Connected adds a separately governed, sponsored client-participation layer when a firm wants the two sides to work together.

The core insight is simple: most investment underperformance isn't caused by poor analysis. It's caused by how the human brain processes uncertainty, loss, and regret. FinanSee makes that invisible layer visible.

FinanSee has three commercial routes. Retail investors can use the independent App for personal reflection and decision support.

Financial advisers and institutions can buy the independent Platform for team workflows, evidence, follow-up, and behavioural context. Quantum Sentiment can be discussed as a specialist institutional module inside this B2B route.

Firms that want clients to participate can scope FinanSee Connected as a separate B2B2C programme. Participation is invited and consent-led; a consumer App account is never connected automatically.

Most financial apps focus on what to invest in: portfolio allocation, stock screening, robo-advisory. FinanSee focuses on the decision-making layer itself — why you make the choices you do, and how those patterns show up in your history.

The difference is fundamental. Knowing you shouldn't hold losers too long doesn't prevent you from doing it. Understanding confirmation bias doesn't make you immune to it. FinanSee doesn't replace knowledge; it helps make patterns visible when you record and review your decisions, so you can reflect on them before and after a trade.

FinanSee combines profile questions with behavioral scenarios and the decisions you choose to record in checks, your journal, and portfolio snapshots. It does not claim to observe trades that you have not entered or to replace a broker connection. The value comes from revisiting your own reasoning over time, not from pretending a one-off questionnaire predicts every stressful moment.

FinanSee Connected

How the sponsored B2B2C option works without merging the independent products.

No. The App and Platform remain independent products with separate subscriptions, accounts, and value propositions. Connected is an additional sponsored programme for firms that want a governed participation loop between advisers and invited clients.

It starts as a paid, assisted pilot with an agreed audience, workflow, data boundary, and success measures. It is not included automatically in a consumer Premium subscription or a Platform plan.

Only the signals explicitly covered by the Connected invitation, consent, and contract. Completion, coverage, and agreed follow-up evidence can be shared without exposing the client's private journal, Valora conversations, or complete App history by default.

A client can decline or withdraw participation without losing an independent consumer account. The adviser can continue using the Platform when a client does not participate.

The FinanSee App

Bias Lab, Valora, and how the consumer app actually works.

Bias Lab is FinanSee's core analytics engine. It analyses your portfolio decisions across 15 tracked biases: confirmation bias, loss aversion, overconfidence, recency bias, anchoring, disposition effect, herd behaviour, mental accounting, status quo bias, narrative fallacy, availability heuristic, hindsight bias, sunk cost fallacy, framing effect, and illusion of control.

The system works in three steps. First, your onboarding and deep-dive scenarios create a behavioral baseline. Second, the app adds context from the Pre-Decision Checks, journal entries, exercises, and portfolio snapshots you choose to record. Third, it turns those signals into a profile and review prompts that help you notice recurring patterns before and after an important decision.

For example, if your answers and recorded decisions repeatedly show discomfort with realizing a loss, Bias Lab can surface loss-aversion or disposition-effect context for reflection. It is decision support, not a diagnosis, broker feed, or guarantee of future behavior. Public accuracy metrics will only be used once they are backed by published validation material.

Valora is FinanSee's AI assistant. It's built on the Personal Behavioral Engine and has read extensively in behavioural finance literature.

Valora provides on-demand decision support: when you're considering a trade, you can ask Valora about it, and it can flag patterns from your bias profile that might be relevant. If your recorded history shows high confirmation bias and you're asking about doubling down on a position, Valora can prompt you to consider evidence that challenges the decision.

It also explains your bias profile in plain language and helps you build decision-making systems — pre-commitment rules, position-size limits, rebalancing triggers, exit criteria. Valora is included free with the FinanSee App. Premium subscribers get unlimited queries; free users get a limited monthly allowance.

That depends on how often you want FinanSee beside you when you make and review investment decisions. Premium adds unlimited Valora access, the complete Bias Lab analysis, deeper Portfolio Fit context, and ongoing behavioral guardrails beyond the useful Free tier.

If you invest passively and only need an investor profile plus occasional checks, Free may be enough. Premium is designed for people who want repeated decision support, history, and deeper context rather than a one-off assessment.

Monthly and annual subscriptions are purchased through Apple or Google. The app shows the current localized store price before you confirm; there is no automatic Premium trial for new accounts.

Quantum Sentiment

The institutional product, the pilot, and the science underneath.

Quantum Sentiment is FinanSee's institutional product. It uses the Mass Behavioral Engine to read aggregate market sentiment at scale and detect stress regimes before they become full crises.

Traditional market stress indicators (VIX, credit spreads, volatility term structures) are often reactive — they measure stress after it is already visible in prices. Quantum Sentiment is designed to add behavioral lead indicators to that review process.

Specifically, it provides a stress gauge, regime detection, tail calibration, and feature attribution. Public performance claims will only be used when the supporting validation pack is available for review.

Quantum Sentiment is in its first commercial launch phase, with a 90-day free pilot programme available to a limited number of firms (currently 10 spots remaining).

Visit the Quantum page and submit an application form with basic information about your firm — AUM, portfolio types managed, existing stress-testing tools, and what specific use cases would be most valuable. The application takes about 10 minutes.

The pilot includes access to the Quantum Sentiment dashboard, approved API scope where needed, and direct access to the FinanSee research team for integration support and technical questions.

Privacy, Security & Pricing

Data handling, security posture, and what every product costs.

Solo is for one adviser who prepares and follows up their own client reviews: import, evidence, review list, actions, outcomes and reports, for one person and up to 150 active clients.

Team is for a firm that needs to coordinate several advisers: a shared workspace, clients assigned to each adviser and the lead following actions and outcomes. It includes 3 people and 1,000 active clients, extendable to 10 people and 5,000 clients.

Business is for a firm that must control the whole book: book-wide cases with euro amounts on eligible positions, specialist roles (Head of Advisory, Compliance, Portfolio Adviser, View Only) and the audit console. It includes 5 people and 2,500 active clients, or 20 people and 5,000 clients in the capacity package.

All plans use the same methodology, evidence rules and data protection; a higher plan adds coordination and control, not more accurate results. Enterprise connects Business capabilities to your systems and is scoped as a project.

FinanSee uses account access controls and encrypted transport. Service providers may process data to operate the products as described in the Privacy Policy. Use the account deletion flow or contact us for data-access and deletion requests. Institutional requirements are assessed during onboarding; a product description is not a compliance certification.

For the FinanSee App: the profile answers, checks, journal entries, and portfolio snapshots you choose to save are processed to provide the app experience. FinanSee does not claim access to broker trades you have not supplied, and does not sell or license your behavioral profile to brokers, asset managers, or data vendors.

For institutional users (Platform and Quantum Sentiment): we maintain tenant separation and use approved data-processing agreements when customer data is involved. The live B2B product is hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). External security artefacts are shared only when they are available for review.

FinanSee App — Free tier: investor profile and top 3 bias signals, one Pre-Decision Check each week, one Panic Assistant session each month, a daily Valora allowance, Decision Journal, and one portfolio-fit snapshot each month. No time limit.

FinanSee App — Premium: monthly and annual subscriptions are available as native in-app purchases. The current localized price is shown by Apple or Google before confirmation. Premium adds unlimited Valora queries, the full 15-bias report, deeper Portfolio Fit context, and ongoing behavioral guardrails. There is no automatic Premium trial for new accounts.

FinanSee Platform (B2B), prices excluding VAT: Solo €60/month for one adviser and up to 150 active clients; Team €249/month for 3 people and 1,000 clients; Business €490/month for 5 people and 2,500 clients, or €990/month for 20 people and 5,000 clients. Yearly billing is ten monthly payments, paid upfront. Enterprise starts from €24,000/year plus onboarding from €10,000, quoted after scoping.

Services are optional and never required to subscribe: assisted onboarding (€290 Team, €590 Business), a Diagnostic Flash on a sample of your data (€2,500), and additional agreed work at €125/hour. Proposals already signed or sent keep their own terms. FinanSee App and Connected access are not bundled automatically.

FinanSee Connected: sold initially as a separately scoped paid pilot. Public recurring pricing will only be introduced after the pilot scope, support load, and measurable value have been validated with customers.

Quantum Sentiment: 90-day free pilot (10 firms). Commercial pricing post-pilot is custom, based on API throughput, data volume, and integration requirements.
