Turn client participation into an adviser action

A sponsored Client Companion connected to the FinanSee Platform. Clients receive an immediate behavioral result; advisers receive only the signal the client explicitly agrees to share.

Pilot availability only. Connected is not a consumer subscription and is not bundled automatically with a Platform plan.

One governed flow, four steps

Connected adds a client participation layer to the operational Platform workflow.

01

The firm opens a campaign

A scoped, branded invitation is created for an approved client group.

02

The client completes a pulse

A short client experience explains the purpose and asks for explicit consent.

03

Only the allowed signal is shared

The client receives an immediate result; the firm receives only the agreed signal.

04

The adviser takes action

The signal enters the existing priority queue with evidence, follow-up and outcome.

Privacy boundaries are part of the product

Connected is not a back door into the consumer App. The pilot contract defines purpose, scope, retention and the exact signal visible to the firm.

No automatic sharing from an independent FinanSee App account
No private journal, Valora conversation or complete App history shared by default
Consent is explicit, versioned, revocable and limited to the pilot scope
Sponsored access is separate from the consumer Premium subscription
The Platform remains usable even when a client does not participate

Value for all three participants

For the client

A useful, understandable reflection instead of a data-extraction form.

For the adviser

A consented signal connected to a clear next action and measurable outcome.

For the firm

Completion, coverage and follow-up evidence without exposing private App content.

Separate commercial line

Connected paid pilot

The pilot is scoped independently from Platform self-serve plans and consumer Premium. Commercial terms follow the agreed client volume, governance and support scope.

Agree one client segment and one operational use case
Define consent scope, retention and success criteria in writing
Configure the tenant and invitation flow without custom product promises
Measure completion, useful signals, adviser follow-up and outcomes
Decide whether to renew as an add-on or a Platform + Connected bundle

Pilot success is measured by

  • Client pulse completion
  • Consented, operational signals
  • Adviser follow-up and recorded outcomes
  • Setup time and sponsor willingness to renew
